A.A. is 37-year-old white female who comes to the clinic with concerns about vaginal orange discharge with odor for three days. She is G3 P3 and previously tried clindamycin which did provide relief and was ordered vaginal gel and suppositories but was not covered by the insurance. The patient used boric acid in the past with no relief symptoms. She stopped using tampons and wears cotton underwear and pads. Her las sexual encounter was in September with her long-distance boyfriend. She denies taking bathtubs, douches, scent soups, and history of STDs. The patient states that she has a normal Pap Smear in the past and was referred to a GYN and they’re did her Pap and came back normal.
