31-year-old male presents with pyritic rash on right side of back. Came on suddenly, cause unknown. Has not had history of any skin conditions/rashes in the past. Denies any upper respiratory infections. Health overall has been good and he is on no medications. Well-developed male in no acute distress. VS normal.
