A 55 year old female presents to the outpatient clinic at the hospital for a follow up after her recent hospitalization for a hyperglycemia episode secondary to a UTI which was treated in the hospital, CKD. She has completed her antibiotic and is here for a recheck U/A. The patient reports that she thought that her incontinence would have improved following the completion of her antibiotic but it doesn’t seem any better.
