Hop on YouTube and find some video involving motion that interests you. Some recommendations from me would be How RidiculousLinks to an external site., The Slow Mo GuysLinks to an external site., and Stuff Made HereLinks to an external site., but any video with any motion in it will do.

This is an exercise only in describing motion. Try to describe it in physics terms, such as speed, acceleration, position etc. 

Also, explain why you picked this video and/or what aspects made it interesting to you.
