Are there any health or development areas in which you think the residents are doing well or appear to be improving?

Ideas include fertility, infant and child mortality, maternal health, HIV/AIDS, etc. Examples of things to consider may include: Does this topic impact one group more than others? If so, why do you think this may be the case? What is in place to support people who are negatively impacted by this issue? What do you see as areas in need of improvement to combat this problem? Do you have any recommendations for a culturally sensitive and appropriate intervention to help with this topic for this country? If so, a re there barriers/obstacles to implementing this type of intervention successfully
