Have a conversation with someone who you disagree with. You can disagree about anything (politics, sports, pop culture, etc.). Use at least 2 strategies that Guzman introduces in INTOITW during your conversation (i.e. asking about values and experiences, changing the question, acknowledging good points, listening to anger, pulling on values in tension, etc.). See Chapters 10 (pg. 144), 11 (pg. 162), and 12 (178) for a list of different strategies to try. 
Write a  reflection about your conversation. Were the strategies you used effective? Why or why not? If this is a person that you regularly argue with, did the strategies help you have a more productive conversation? What did you learn from this challenge?
