Topic of interest: Effectiveness of staff initiating early ambulation in orthopedic patients 65 yrs and older to decrease hospital length of stay and other complications. The population of this project is focused on staff initiation of early ambulation. Also adding collaboration between PT/support staff.  Education intervention for barriers to lack of early ambulation.
