You will be required to complete a more extensive (Major) Case Study as part of this course. The Case study that is being assigned for your Individual Case Presentation is Case 21 from Pink and Song Cases in Health Finance. Please use the on-line resources for this case which are noted in the Syllabus. YOU MUST submit your solution analysis to Case 21 in Excel using the template Excel spreadsheets provided in the on-line resources. Do not limited you Excel presentation or analysis to only the main templates provided. You are expected to supplement the given templates with your own additional worksheets and calculations as you see fit to fully analyze the Case in question and pursuit to the detailed information given in the case. CASE 21 EXCEL TEMPLATE
NOTE: It may be beneficial to read the Case and review the template Excel files (on-line) early-on in this course so that you can better process the information that will be presented in later weeks of this course. Case 20 primarily utilizes strategic planning concepts from Chapter 8 and financial concepts from Chapters 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, and 15 of Gapenski textbook
You should include all commentary and notes or explanations to your Excel spreadsheet within the submitted Excel file as a separate Worksheet in Excel or in columns to right of your Excel calculations or rows below your calculations. Key is that I must be able to follow your thoughts, logic, and calculations and well as recommended actions to proceed or not with the Project based on the findings in your financial analysis.
