Research Paper Each student will conduct an in-depth study of the company or organization at which they would like to be employed. This may be a company that might hire you immediately upon graduation, or one that you will aspire to be at a later point in your career. In the paper, students should address the following topics identified by an APA 7 Level 1 Heading: • The history of the company (no more than one page), • The current challenges faced by the company, • The current and future opportunities available for the company in the marketplace, • The company culture, • The current hiring situation at the company, • The requirements are for obtaining the position you desire at the company, and • The reasons you would like to work for that company. The paper should meet the following parameters: • The style required for formatting the paper is American Psychological Association (APA), 7 th edition guidelines. • The paper will be graded on accuracy and completeness of information, cohesiveness, spelling and grammar, and the number and quality of references. • A title page is required. • The paper should be a minimum of 1250 words and a maximum of 1500 words of content • Double-spaced, one-inch margins, and no larger than 12-point font. • Three (3) quality references appropriately listed on a Reference page are required. • An ABSTRACT is not required.
