Officer Stone, instead of choosing to detain Jarod after seeing the stolen items in the car, decided to “play it cool” and seek warrants to search the homes of Jarod and his “friends”.
Use the elements of probable cause and reasonable suspicion examples you developed in Milestone 3 to create an effective mock affidavit (fabricate required details) to obtain a search warrant for Jarod’s home.
