Title the page Annotated Bibliography
Write your thesis statement at the top  (In the film “Ford V Ferrari,” Caroll Shelby’s American Dream is to prove his prowess in the world of automobile racing, ultimately achieving victory at the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans. Despite facing numerous obstacles, including corporate interference and personal health issues, Shelby ultimately realizes his dream through his determination and innovative approach to racing.) 
Make sure the thesis is ONE sentence that includes
The title of the film (in italics)  ONE clearly stated, key argument (what is the American Dream of the Caroll Shelby in the film “Ford V Ferrari”) and the two clear main points (two ways/challenges in the character’s pursuit of the Dream)

Then add your five annotated sources.  (Make sure you follow the format accurately; i.e. alphabetical order, double space, hanging indent, etc.)
Five academic source Requirements 

At least ONE of the sources must be from the Week 3 Readings (You can use more, if you like)
FOUR sources must be from the Library Databases 

Each annotation must include:

the source citation

a concise summary of the source

and an evaluation (explanation for how the source is relevant your research essay).
conclusion (how will you use the source in your essay)
Each annotation should be a strong paragraph (about 150 words), double spaced. 
The annotations should be alphabetized by citation, just as you would alphabetize your works cited.
