Goal of the Project This project aims to improve patient satisfaction beyond numerical benchmarks. Mayo Clinic aims to boost patient satisfaction by 10% across all campuses in 12 months (Marques et al., 2023). Complete patient satisfaction surveys, effective feedback systems, and detailed patient-reported outcome analysis will assess this progress.
