This section of your paper will focus on Competency 3, Advance Human Rights and Social, Economic and Environmental Justice, and social work practice from a social justice perspective.This section of your paper must be 3-4 pages and include 4-5 references.
1. Review NASW ethical principles and standards that address human rights and social justice.
2. Examine Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs theory and consider how people experience tremendous social, economic, and/or environmental injustice when their needs are unmet. 
3. Must be able to define and demonstrate an understanding of social justice and its implications for vulnerable populations.
4. Must demonstrate knowledge of distributive justice as a perspective that seeks a distributive approach to achieve social justice ( advocating for societal institutions to ensure that human rights and access to active participation and distribution of resources are extended to all.
5. Must examine the different forms of oppression as it relates to your Capstone topic (i.e racism, sexism, xenophobia, and ethnocentrism, classism, religious oppression, homophobia, biphobia, heterosexism, transgender oppression, ableism).
6. Must understand sources of power (i.e. coercive and dominant power; authority and legitimate; privileges and interdependent power.
7. Must demonstrate an understanding of using a social justice framework as social workers.
You should include the following :
1. As it pertains to your Capstone topic, discuss and evaluate issues related to age, class, color, disability, ethnicity, family structure, gender, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, and sexual orientation as applicable to the practice system and interventions. 
2. Discuss how social workers can embrace cultural humility and demonstrate cultural sensitivity? Discuss at least 3–4 cultural competence standard
