Hematology Concept Map
 
Prepare a concept map for a musculoskeletal disorder from your readings. Use the included template to outline the system disorder including the pathophysiology, etiology, clinical manifestations, and treatment.
 
Grading criteria:
 
The student must include at least 3 etiology / risk factors for the disorder chosen
The student must include at least 5 clinical manifestations / signs/symptoms that the professional RN would assess, investigate within the patients history or correlate with anticipated diagnostic testing. (CT scan is not appropriate however CT scan of the head is specific and appropriate. Lab values is not appropriate, however specific lab draw such as a lithium level is appropriate.
The student must include at least 2 potential treatments that the professional RN would anticipate including at least 2 points of education regarding the treatments that the RN would provide to the patient or family.
