As part of PwC team, you have been selected to lead the efforts in constructing a technical proposal in response to the RFP. A key component in this technical proposal is the overall delivery approach that we’ll be proposing to the client to address his needs and support him undergoing this transformation. While reviewing the RFP, you realized that there are some gaps in the initiatives that the client identified and you believe that these initiatives aren’t sufficient to transform the school into a university.
