Throughout the semester we have learned about mindfulness and resilience. 1) This week’s videos, Why Mindfulness is a Superpower and Jon Kabot-Zinn ‘s From Doing to Being highlight the importance of practicing mindfulness for overall health and well-being. What are your thoughts about these two videos; share your key learnings in your post. 2) Mindful meditation is one strategy we can use to practice mindfulness. What other methods have you learned this semester that also reinforce this concept of mindfulness.  Note: Include at least one reference and in-text citation in your Initial post and in your Peer responses, all written in APA format.
