You have been asked to speak to a group of students in nursing and other healthcare professions. You are assigned to talk about the importance of finance, human resources, performance improvement, and technology in relation to healthcare organizations today.

Include a title and reference slide (the number of slides above does not include title and reference slides)

Record a voice over to present the PowerPoint; you may not use automation. 
Include an introduction to the Business of Healthcare and the purpose of the presentation topics (finance, human resources, performance improvement, and technology)
Include 2 slides on each of these 4 main topics
Each topic should address 2-3 focal points specific to that component of healthcare.
Use bullet points to convey the main point(s) on each slide; do not write in narrative sentences or paragraphs,
Include appropriate citations on your slides (not in the speaker notes)
Utilize the notes function to outline your talking points and provide additional facts that you will use for your presentation; your speaker notes must be present.
Use the speaker notes to present the content; do not read directly from the slides.
The recorded presentation should be no less than 10 minutes and no greater than 20 minutes. 
Include a minimum of 4 scholarly references to support your presentation. References should be 5 years old or newer.
