Topic: Neurodiversity and The Workplace.
Position Papers should be 2-3 pages in length on the topic listed on the syllabus. Some outside research the topic may be necessary. You should discuss the topic and its connection with diversity initiatives in organizations. 2-3 pages are not enough to discuss too many points so I suggest making 2-3 points and developing your arguments based on your research and/or your lived experiences. If you do outside research, you must cite your sources.
