2. Discuss a major issue or trend in education of the gifted with application to elementary, middle, or high school. What is it worth discussing? What does the research suggest about it? Respond to these prompts and include: a. Identification of the chosen grade, b. A detailed discussion of the issue or trend which should be based off of research study results A detailed discussion at least two research studies related to the issue or trend including the kind of research conducted, the research method used in each study, data collected, the limitations of each study, and the findings of each study; also include appropriate in-text research citations. What makes the research findings impressive such that implementation in education of the gifted is warranted?
