During the last office visit I experienced, I considered a new patient and had to fill out extensive paperwork as all new patients usually have too. I just personally feel like they should create a system where the new patient paper work can be completed online before coming into the office to prevent long waiting periods in the waiting room. Overall the process during the office visit went well. Something I would suggest to that office, is maybe having all of my records from other physicians on file before office visit to assure everyone is on the same accord with one another. Overall outcome was positive. –
