He was planning on establishing care with the clinic a year ago, but was delayed due to the covid-19 pandemic and the loss of his job. He admits to not having a regular provider in over 3 years, but is ready to “get back on track” now that he has a new job and medical insurance again. He reports mild generalized fatigue, but states that is the “norm” for him now that he is working again. He otherwise has no complaints.
