A 53-year-old man has been treated with clindamycin (Cleocin) for lower extremity cellulitis l. He presents to the clini today with xomplaints of eight episodes of diarrhea in the past 24 hours. The NP suspects Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI). The patients cellulitis is imptoved, but not resolved.
