FOCUS GROUP QUESTIONS ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
OVERVIEW
When developing focus group questions, skillfully compose the questions to solve a problem or improve a practice. Developing quality focus group questions requires you to focus on soliciting information that will help you solve the research problem. Focus groups are similar to interviews but include more than one participant simultaneously; thus, developing focus group questions requires the researcher to be aware of the possible responses to the questions. For this assignment, you will compose three focus group questions to answer your study’s central research question. 
INSTRUCTIONS
Apply the information from the textbook reading this module to develop three effective focus group questions to help answer your study’s central research question. Your focus group questions must be different from those you composed for your Interview Questions Assignment. Further, your questions must be applicable to a group question-and-answer session. 
This is a 3-4-page assignment:
• The first page should be a correctly formatted (current APA style) title page that includes the title of your study.
• The subsequent 1-2 pages should include the central research question for your study and list three focus group questions that will help answer your study’s central research question. 
o All three questions must be open-ended. Do not ask a simple yes-or-no answer question. 
o The three questions must be justified and supported by the literature; thus, each focus group question must contain a written rationale with at least one citation.
• The last page of the assignment should be a references page with a minimum of two reference entries. All references must be peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles published within the last five years. Ensure the references are formatted in current APA style.
