 As my tentative thesis I believe benefits in relation to what can be determined and concluded from scientific research will be discussed here with insights to as to ascertain information relative to prove that yoga is more than metaphysical and can be practical in use if more scientific methodology and treatment is applied. Yoga can be established as a legitimate treatment plan.
