On June 1st, 1999, An American Airline flight 1420 overran the runway upon landing in Little Rock Arkansas (KLIT). The accident aircraft, MD-82 was piloted by a flight crew with a wide range of experience, however, the accident reveals some latent dangers that pose some valuable lessons.
