Using your chosen business/organization, address all the components of a SWOT analysis:
Environmental scan of your client service area such as city or county
how big, where is the client base, what is the population, demographics, and the industry outlook. Be detailed.
Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the business idea
environment, economic, resource, internal, external, etc factors for all four parts
Provide rationale for each aspect of the SWOT analysis
Note: Business terms (client, business, etc.) are used here. Your analysis might focus on something slightly different, like a soccer team or a non-profit. Just substitute the most appropriate terms (team, teammates, organization, volunteers, etc.).
