Identify ONE clinical healthcare problems in primary care. This problem can be either from your clinical site location, personal clinical experiences or a review of the literature.
Critically examine this problem within the context of the most current evidence- based research (go further into the research than you did last semester -what has been done, what works, what has not worked, cost, barriers, facilitators, etc. Use references to support your findings All references must be within the last 5 years and at least 5 references are required to support your findings. (Identify solution(s) to the problem and how the solution can be implemented into practice, what kind of programs can help this problem, explore solutions to the identified problem, consider how you would evaluate the outcome, identify the dissemination of your findings).
