Country Final Report
Double-spaced report should be about
1) Ghana’s media systems: radio, television, newspapers, online news sources, film, books, magazines, music (See ABZY Newsat http://www.abyznewslinks.com/), their history and how they are doing now, be specific
2) your country’s level of media freedom or censorship and problems it has had with reporting (consult Freedom House (freedomhouse.org), Reporters Without Borders (rsf.org) and other sources
3) do some research to find a journalist who has been detained, jailed or killed in the past three years (2020-2023) in your Adopt-a-Country country or in the region/same area of the world as your Adopt-a-Country. Summarize and comment on the story in light of the country you represent
4) In closing, state one of the most important things you learned about the country you represented for the class and comment on why you think that was important to learn.
