There are many crucial aspects of a disaster. One of the most challenging one for humans is the loss of a life. This does not always happen with disasters but it has happened before and is possible. The victims of disasters may also become injured doing a disaster. This can be from a minor injury to a major injury it just depends on the situation and other factors like people being there to assist. Many times when disasters take place people loose thier properties and belongings. Their property is normally destroyed and they loose things that they value in life and that is apart of their life. The church leaders and central churches play an extreme role in how the people in the community think ( Holmegaard, 2018).   Churches can prevent a violent disaster by praying and taking the necessary steps to prepare so that if a disaster come they are fully prepared with an effective plan in mind. Churches can perform a security assessment to make sure that the church do not have any vulnerabilities incase of any disaster. A security plan should be made and the church members have to be assigned roles (Adam, 2016). Much practice will lead to a better chance of protection from a disaster. GOD advises his children to prepare for things and to take action. Proverbs 22:3 “The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it”.  A method for effective communication should be developed. Some examples is using social media or technical recourses to communicate instead of face to face for safety and risks issues. Churches should perform monthly routines so that the people in the church can be ready and prepared for disasters. Churches can also provide written assessments to make sure everyone is prepared. In order to set up an ICS within my church I would first choose those who would be involved and want to participate so that I can make sure that I have reliable team. Next, I will also make sure that they know every problem that need to be fixed and have a set plan in place in order to accomplish the mission. We will reach out to the necessary contacts and make sure that everyone is fully equipped and prepared for any disaster. I will get a command who is the team lead and makes all the final decisions. I will get an operations team to manage everyone and there duties. A planning team to develop responsibilities of everyone. Lastly, a logistics team responsible for providing recourses.
