A strong mentorship program provides an opportunity for experienced health care workers to share their knowledge and offer guidance to colleagues. As a manager at a health care organization, you have been asked to develop a personal leadership philosophy as an example for a mentorship program’s participants that your leadership team has instituted for developing new leaders. You’ll also discuss the advantages that mentorship programs provide for both mentors and mentees.

Create a 10- to 14-slide presentation in which you:
Describe your personal leadership philosophy.
Describe what leadership theories support your personal leadership philosophy.
Describe what leadership style you think would be most effective for you to use as a leader in health care.
Describe what personal characteristics you possess that you believe would make you an effective leader.
Explain how mentoring from a current health care leader could help you become a successful leader.
Explain how mentoring future leaders can benefit you after you become a leader in health care

Ensure your presentation includes the following:
A title slide
A references slide
Detailed speaker notes for each slide that are a minimum of 50 words per slide
Citations and References Formatting Requirements
Cite a minimum of 3 references to support your presentation.
Format citations and references according to APA guidelines.
