1. In the first three videos, individuals within three different professional settings comment on aspects of social responsibility that they perceive in their work. Identify and comment on at least one common element you can find in all three (or at least two of the three) videos. Would the common element best be described as an aspect of distributive, procedural, or restorative justice (as outlined in the instructor noted for Unit 7), or does it not clearly fall under any of these?
In making your responses to at least two peers’ posts, try to look for elements of analysis that they may have missed or treated incompletely. Do you agree with the peer’s suggestions about social responsibility? Why or why not?

2.The fourth video describes “restorative practices” that have impacted the administration of discipline in Baltimore public schools. Some may find the approach discussed controversial. In your original post, critique the practices and general approach to discipline described. Do you agree or disagree that an approach like that taken in Baltimore should be implemented more widely in public schools? You may find that you want to comment of questions like the following: Is the approach desirable for all ages of students, or is it better geared toward certain ages? Does the approach represent “one more thing” that already burdened teachers and administrators now need to do, or are there tradeoffs to be made with less time spent handling persistent discipline issues? Do you think the approach can be effective? Why or why not?
