Group B: In JNT-601S Lesson 3, you read about the political and military systems of People’s Republic of China (PRC) and how the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has embarked on a series of modernization and reform efforts to remake their forces into more of a joint force. Analyze the relationship between the PRC military and its government as described in JNT-601 Lesson 3, and complete the following two tasks:
1. Identify the single PLA modernization and reform effort that you believe will cause the greatest challenge to joint air operations and explain why this is the case.
2. Select an appropriate joint function and describe how its capabilities might be used to mitigate the challenge you identified.
