After reading Chapters 4 and 10 in Managing and Leading Nonprofit Organizations: A Framework for Success (Dann, 2022) and viewing the Module 4 presentations, discuss how leaders can create a positive and diverse organizational culture for effective teams. Develop an original response to the following question:
Leaders are faced with working with varying personalities and work styles. As a leader, how would you create a culture that builds positivity, trust, and buy-in from a diverse team?
