LEADERSHIP INTERVIEWS PROJECT

Interview 3 individuals in leadership positions. This is an opportunity to network with individuals in leadership roles as well as learn about their leadership philosophy.
Ask them the following questions:

What is your job title?
How long have you been in your current position?
What factors have contributed to your success as a leader?
What do you think that a leader should do to continue their development as a leader?
What does your organization do (formal programs or activities) to develop its leaders?
What books or podcasts about leadership would you recommend?

For each person, write up their individual responses to all 6 questions.
Write an overall summary of what you learned from all the interviews
