Mrs. Seattle is 63 years old female who is recently admitted to along term care facility. she is ambulatory, and able to perform self-care a few months ago but transitioned to the long-term care facility after several falls in her home, with the latest one resulting in a fractured right hip. Mrs. Seattles does require the use of a walker since her right hip replacement procedure a few months ago. Mr. Seattle medical history include: stroke without neurological deficits, osteoporosis, Type 1 diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, previous right hip replacement (4weeks ago) secondary to fractured hip due to fall.
