Multi-faceted issues enter into staffing shortages in healthcare. What we are facing in my organization is staff who now must stay home to home school children, this, coupled with some who have gotten out of the field due to increased PPE requirements and/or fear over covid. That coupled with a general shortage of healthcare workers has made it difficult.
 
What are your thoughts/ideas on this situation?
