In addition to the SWOT analysis, identify your personal design and technology goals for the coming year, and develop a personal improvement plan for achieving your goals. Think broader than the impact of COVID—think about your strengths in designing and delivering online instruction.
 
Remember: Technology is an important part of what we do, but technology is in response to effective and aligned design. So, make sure to give appropriate consideration to your instructional design knowledge and skills.
 
Your paper should be approximately 4 pages double-spaced (Times New Roman, 12-point font). Papers will be graded based on content, organization, clarity, presentation, and completeness. You must take your writing in this class seriously. Papers with numerous structural, grammatical, or mechanical errors will not be successful.
