Think about the organization you work for currently. There is most likely an issue you noticed that needs to be fixed. You explained to leadership the situation could be fixed using technology. As you know, new technology is not something you can do overnight. Multiple projects (components) will be needed. The components will include the following.
Upgrading current infrastructure (the current system may need new upgrades)
Research, design, and development of the system to be implemented (the system will not be an off the shelf solution you can buy from Best Buy)

Implementation of the current system
Selection and training of employees to use the new system

As covered in this week’s reading, a program charter is important. Therefore, create a program charter template using section 7.1.2.1 and ensure that you include all 13 sections.
For the template, you do not have all the information, but you have flexibility with the different sections.
Use information from the organization you selected to help you complete the different sections.

To make this exercise fun, really use your organization’s different personnel and language to complete this assignment as you will experience the benefits of completing this program management artifact.
You do not have to use private information from your organization. The goal is to understand what needs to be included to complete a program charter.
Feel free to use MS Word or MS Excel to create your template. And use your organization’s information to complete the template.
