Half of you will be working with The Dear Nicheland Project and the other half will be working with Thomas Dale High School for our special Summer Session project. Luckily, the request of both companies have the same demographic they want you to create a project for. Do you wish to work with mental health and wellness? Or do you wish to work with mentorship and education. To make the decision, you will need to create a S.W.O.T. analysis for BOTH companies, based on YOUR persepctive. W-weakness of the project (regarding BOTH projects, what do you take away from the table?)
O-opportunity (regarding BOTH projects, where can you grow as a scholar/student?)
T-we are changing the original letter FROM threat TO teach (regarding BOTH project, how, by listing three ideas, could you teach this project?)
