All episodes are around 30 minutes.  Pick one that is of interest to you, and is an area that you may not have much awareness about yet. Listen to it, and take notes as you go along. Be an active listener, not passive while you are doing something else.  Consider who is talking (their expertise), what the main issues are that they are addressing, WHY, and what they are saying can be done, or what our Social Work role and responsibility is.
