OBR250 Assignment 4: Stress in the Workplace Absenteeism and turnover at a large inner-city high school have reached record levels. The school board is still determining the reasons behind this increase but believes high stress-levels are partly to blame. Building on the information in Chapter 6 (Designing a Motivating Work Environment) and Chapter 7 (Managing Stress and Emotions) of your text, develop a comprehensive strategy that you believe will help to decrease the stress of teaching. Each strategy should describe how it will be implemented or applied and why you think it will reduce teachers’ stress levels based on the information in the Chapters above.
