Workout of your choice!
We have completed many workout formats in this class. For this workout, please complete a workout of your own choosing. You may use any of the exercise formats we have gone over in class or create your own if you go to a gym etc. 
ADD this to your exercise log alongside the FITT details —> Please state what workout format you picked, the exercises you did, how long each exercise lasted etc. Be VERY specific as if I was going to try and do one of these workouts. If you give me the minimum in this exercise log entry, I will be taking off points. 
When you have completed the workout, please log your efforts here!  Don’t forget to include the FIIT details!
