Review Fagin’s scrutiny of laws. Using his list of seven benchmarks used to contemplate the legality of law, identify the two you think are most important. Explain the importance and apply each to a contemporary issue facing the courts. Describe how social influence contributes to the application of the benchmarks in the issues you describe.
